Along Turkey's Aegean coastline lays a little place named Dalyan. It sits on a delta, connected to the ancient port city of Kaunos, and is one of the rare spawning grounds for the caretta caretta loggerhead sea turtles. Every June and July, enthusiasts can watch the struggle of tiny young caretta carettas as they make they way out to sea.
